Absolutely beautiful item! I ordered three of the same one, the colors are equally vibrant in every single one, they're finely crafted and just look great. I ordered them with a custom background that shimmers through softly, and I asked for the glitter option which is also looking beautiful, because it's visible but not too "over the top". The process of creation was also very easy and intuitive, every step was properly explained and was managable without prior knowledge of the topic. Shipment to Germany only took a little bit more than a week, which is insanely fast after a production time of one or two days at best! I didn't need customer service, because there were no issues. I'm definitely ordering again! 💕

OMG I LOVED USING WOOACRY!!!! I was suspicious at first due to the overwhelming good reviews but they earned it! The keychain turned out good with no issues and arrived within the time frame they gave me which was only 2 weeks. I'm impressed since I do live on the other side of the world from China. The tracking was kind of inacurate and hard to read but if that's the case for you too just head to the yuwen site and track your order there, it's so much clearer. I kind of wished that I'd get a notification when the parcel was coming on the day but I'm probably just really used to Aus Post and their 50 notifications. It's not a big issue or anything just a small gripe. Still loved it <33
