This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Services (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHICH COUNTRY & REGION DO YOU DELIVER? WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We offer worldwide shipping and we ship from China. Due to the limitations of our partner shipping companies, we are still working on increasing the quantity of countries & regions that we can deliver. Please find out the available countries & regions through the tools in the upper right corner of our website.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options for you to select. The cooperated carriers will choose different post offices when the parcels arrive in your countries/regions which can not be selected on the site.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?
1, Ordering: Once you place your order which also means you confirm your order, then we will begin production within one business day. Production typically takes 5-10 business days to complete.
2, Shipping: After production is finished, your order will be carefully sorted, packaged, and handed over to our partnered international shipping carrier [YANWEN, China Post or DHL].
3, Customs Clearance: When the parcel arrives in your country/region, the customs will check your parcel. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs regulations, taxes, or duties based on the destination country/region. We have no control over these additional charges, and as the recipient, you are responsible for complying with the applicable laws and covering any extra costs that may arise during the customs clearance process.
4, Delivering: Once your package clears customs, the local postal service will issue a new tracking number, known as the “last-mile tracking number”, and will complete the delivery to your address as quickly as possible.

The incomplete or incorrect shipping information may cause the failed delivery which can not be applied for our after-sale service.
Please do not use the PO Box shipping address.
CUSTOMERS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY INFORMATION WHEN SUBMITTING THEIR ORDERS…
Chile, Peru, and Brazil:
Due to recent changes in postal regulations for Chile, Peru, and Brazil, it is now required to include the recipient’s Tax ID number on all accounts, packing slips, and paperwork when shipping to these countries. To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly request your cooperation, please leave your Tax ID number in the order notes when you submit the order.
Failure to provide this information will result in the non-delivery of packages.
- Chile: The Tax ID number required is known as RUT (Rol Único Tributario), which has 9 digits.
- Peru: The Tax ID number required is called RUC (Registro Único del Contribuyente), which has 11 digits.
- Brazil: The Tax ID number required is known as CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas), which has 11 digits.
Korea:
Due to the local customs clearance policy, it is now required to include the recipient’s Personal Customs Clearance Number and Korean Name when shipping to Korea. Failure to provide this information will result in the non-delivery of packages.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
In general, your parcel will be issued with two tracking number, the first-mile tracking number and the last-mile tracking number.
First-mile tracking number
When we ship out your order, the first-mile tracking number will be updated in your order list and we will also send you a notification email.
You can track your shipment with the first-mile tracking number on YANWEN website or other reliable third-party sites about the international shipment status.
Last-mile tracking number
When the customs clearance is finished, your parcel will be issued a last-mile tracking number which you can contact with the local post office.
You can track your shipment on the YANWEN website or other reliable third-party sites such as parcelsapp, 17track to get the last-mile tracking information and the carrier’s information.
QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS?
All the shipping times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only which does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, the estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.
We can ONLY accept the refund or resend when the parcel is…
a) lost by the carrier company;
b) returned due to the carrier or the local post office;
c) frozen for over 30 days.
We will NOT accept the refund or resend when the parcel is…
a) delivered but the shipping time didn’t meet your expectations;
b) returned due to personal reasons (refusal to accept, unknown address, incorrect shipping information and so on);
c) failed customs clearance if you refuse to pay the duties and taxes.
