Q: How do I create a custom canvas according to Wooacry’s design guidelines?
For most products, a 1500×1500 pixel image works well.
For products smaller than 5cm, use a canvas of at least 1000×1000 pixels.
For products larger than 15cm, the canvas size should be over 2000×2000 pixels.
For extra-large products such as body pillowcases, please follow the size recommendations in our online editor.
Q: What is the size range for acrylic products on Wooacry?
Minimum size: 1.5cm × 1.5cm
Maximum size: 49cm × 49cm
Common sizes for acrylic keychains: 3cm / 5cm / 7cm / 10cm
Common sizes for acrylic standees: 3cm / 5cm / 7cm / 10cm / 12cm / 15cm / 20cm
Note: Regular size options refer to the maximum length and width. For example, a 3cm option means the longest side can be up to 3cm.
Q: How do I choose the ideal size for keychains?
Step1: Check size in the online editor
For regular sizes: You’ll see the actual size (longest side including hole position) and regular size (pattern plus border, excluding hole).
For custom sizes: Upload your design, then check actual width and height under [Size].
Step2: Use reference objects
Compare keychain sizes with everyday items like a phone or a bag to visualize scale.
Step3: Ask for advice on Discord
If you’re unsure, join our Discord server. Our staff and artists will help you pick the best size.
Q: Can I print different designs on each side of an acrylic product?
Yes! Upload your front design first, then your back design.
Note: If there is a large color contrast, the opposite side may show through under strong light.
Q: How can I make sure my image prints clearly?
Always upload a clear image that matches the recommended canvas size. Images that are blurry or significantly larger or smaller than the printing area will not print sharply.
Q: Why are Wooacry’s printed colors more accurate?
We use nine-color printing instead of traditional four-color CMYK. This covers a wider color range and gives more precise color reproduction, even for RGB files.
Q: What is bleed?
Bleed is the extra area beyond the cut line to prevent unwanted white edges. Cutting deviations can occur, so minor print offset or white edges are not covered by our returns policy.
Q: Can I use mockups for commercial purposes?
Yes, as long as the image copyright belongs to you, you may use the generated mockups commercially.
Payment & Order Management
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (MasterCard, JCB, VISA, American Express) and PayPal.
Q: Why was my card declined?
Card declines can happen for various reasons, including bank security systems. If your payment fails, please check with your bank to authorize the payment, or try using PayPal. PayPal may accept a card even if it was declined by our gateway.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order status is ‘Processing’, it means production has already started.
Orders in production or completed can’t be canceled for personal reasons without covering the cost of what has already been made. Please refer to our [Refund Policy].
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, but only before the package ships. Please email us your new address with your order number during working hours.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer multiple delivery options. See our [Shipping Policy] for details.
Q: Where can I download my invoice?
Registered users can download invoices from their order list.
Q: Why does my order show ‘Unpaid’ even after payment?
This usually means the order status hasn’t updated yet. Please send us your payment proof and payment email so we can check and refresh your status.
Q: What if my order has shipped but the address is incorrect?
Please contact the last-mile carrier with your tracking number to request an address change. If they notify us they can re-deliver, we will coordinate with you for the correct address.
Q: Can I change the last-mile carrier?
No, the last-mile carrier is arranged by our first-leg carrier’s partners and cannot be changed.
Product Issues & Support
Q: What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
For damaged or missing items (not caused by personal reasons), please keep your order number and record a video of unboxing. Then contact us by email or Discord during work hours (GMT+8, 10:00–18:00).
Q: Why doesn’t my holographic badge show the holo effect?
If your design has a full-color background, it may cover the holographic base layer. The effect shows best on transparent or light areas.
Q: Why aren’t my keychains assembled?
Keychains with multiple pendants, holes, or clasps are not assembled by the factory to avoid errors in the assembly order.

Q: Do you offer wholesale discounts?
Yes, we offer tiered discounts for different quantities. For orders over 500 units of the same product, feel free to contact us for a quote.
Q: How can I delete or deactivate my account?
Currently, we do not support account deletion or deactivation. Rest assured, your personal data will remain secure and private.
