Why does the standee I received have scratches or blemishes on its surface?
To prevent scratches or blemishes during transportation, our acrylic keychains are equipped with protective film on both the front and back sides. Once the protective films are removed, the acrylic surface will have a smooth, crystal-clear, and flawless finish.
The protective films on the front and back of the standee are slightly different:
Front side: a transparent protective filmBack side: a white PP paper and a transparent protective filmPlease double check if the protective films on both sides have been removed.
How to ensure the high definition of the printed image?
If your image is clear and the size matches the printing area specified in the design specifications, the print will come out sharp. If the canvas size is three times larger or half the size of the printing area, the print will be blurry. Naturally, blurry images cannot be printed clearly.
